Right of Revocation for Digital Services (e.g., Purchase of 'Bids')

You have the right to revoke a contract for the purchase of digital services (such as Bid packages) within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The revocation period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.

To exercise your right of revocation, you must inform us (Majesty Developers, Omar Jelalu Awel, Irenenstraße 66, 40468 Düsseldorf, E-Mail: info@majesty-developers.com) by means of a clear declaration (e.g., a letter sent by post or an e-mail) of your decision to revoke this contract.

Consequences of Revocation

If you revoke this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your revocation of this contract.

Expiration of the Right of Revocation

Important note: Your right of revocation expires prematurely in a contract for the delivery of digital content not on a physical data carrier if we have begun to execute the contract after you have expressly agreed that we begin with the execution of the contract before the revocation period has expired and you have confirmed your knowledge that you lose your right of revocation by your consent with the beginning of the execution of the contract. This is the case, for example, if you use purchased 'Bids' immediately after purchase.

No Right of Revocation for Contracts Between Users

Please note that the purchase contracts concluded via EthioBid are directly between buyers and sellers. EthioBid is merely an intermediary. A statutory right of revocation generally does not exist for contracts between private individuals. Likewise, the right of revocation may be legally excluded in certain auction formats.
